LakeshoreCAP has officially rolled out the WRAP program. This program can provide rental assistance to those who have been affected by COVID-19.

If you have lost income due to COVID-19 , you may apply for rental assistance through the WRAP program by completing a pre-screen application. Go here for an application.

General eligibility:

  • Must have lost income due to COVID-19
  • One person in the household must have a SSN
  • Income under 80% County Median Income (chart is in the application)

Additional eligibility information is in the Pre-screen application, on our Facebook page Lakeshore Community Action Program and our website www.lakeshorecap.org. If you do not have access to the internet please call (920) 682-3737.

With the volume of applications expected, please be patient as it may take a few weeks to process your application. Most landlords will work with you if you let them know you are applying for assistance and keep them updated regularly.
