Sturgeon Bay, WI – The Door County Partnership for children and Families would like to officially welcome and introduce Chad Welch to our team.

“Hi I’m Chad Welch. I have four great children, three in college and our youngest at home. My wife and I live in Green Bay but would love to move to Door County. I taught German and was a school administrator. I most recently was a church youth director and studied at Wartburg Seminary for five years. I am excited in my role as Family Engagement Leader as it allows me to meet and work with so many in this beautiful community. My goals are to help children and families be successful whether academic, social or emotional. Watch for opportunities to connect through our activities and offerings such as block parties, parent cafes or wildlife adventures just to name a few.”

Chad Welch, Family Engagement Leader

Chad was hired as the new Family Engagement Leader a couple of months ago and has been busy meeting people, planning and settling into his new position. We are grateful to have him. He has proven to be a great fit for our team and we are excited for our Door County families to engage with him!
